Saddle Brook Centre

Mega Development’s Office is located at Saddle Brook Centre along with its tenants in various separate buildings: Mega’s office and 15,000 sf Harbor Freight in previously vacant office space, 17,000 sf best Carpet & interiors in former manufacturing space, 15,593 sf Dollar General, 7,123 sf Advance Auto in renovated former supermarket space along with pad sites: 2400 sf Capital One Bank, Burger King and Mario’s Pizza situated at Market Street in front of Saddle Brook Plaza. 

Nutley

14,184 sf Rite Aid, converted to a Walgreens, and subsequently to Dollar Tree. Co-developed by Rite Aid with an existing Burger King. 

Hillsborough Plaza

Mega purchased a closed Kmart in December 2013, reconfigured the building and redeveloped it into Hillsborough Plaza, comprised of a 23.323 sf Tractor Supply, 22,467 sf Planet Fitness, 8,000 sf Dollar Tree, 2987 sf Arthur Murray Dance Studio. The fully tenanted location reopened beginning with Tractor Supply in March 2015.

Wall Promenade

Mega purchased  two properties, one in March 2015, a closed furniture store and the other in May 2016, a former doctor’s office, combined the properties, demolished both structures and re-positioned the site as a retail center: Wall Promenade.  The first tenant, Starbucks 2000 sf, opened in May 2018 followed by 4752 sf Med Express and 20,000 sf Aldi. Followed by a 15,400 sf Planet Fitness, 4000 sf Rock Nails Salon,  Remaining pad tenants are 1600 sf Club Pilates, 2,500 sf Mamoun’s Falafel, 2,500 sf Panchero’s, and 1,600 sf Frutta Bowls.

 Bridgewater

Presently improved with a 6822 sf Houlihan’s Restaurant on a seven acre site. Approved for a Goddard School and Choice Hotel; construction to commence 4th quarter 2020.  

Fairfield

Improved with a 10,430 sf restaurant, now closed. Site and liquor license are currently available.
